Today’s space wallpaper set features Karissa Cole, a wallpaper artist from deviantart. If you take a look at her gallery, you’ll notice many fantastic space scenes, and my personal favorites, abstract fractal works. What sets her gallery apart from many of the other artists I’ve seen is, first of all, the amount of high-quality works, and second of all the level of talent in two genres, space art, and fractal art. Not many artists know how to create high-quality wallpapers in two different genres. Today’s space/fantasy wallpaper set features the artist Christian Hecker. I stumbled across his site a couple weeks ago and was blown away by the quality of his matte paintings. His work ranges from futuristic cities to beautiful landscapes. The 8 wallpapers below are some of my favorites. Today I’m going to start a new series of posts called Featured Artist Sets. Every once in a while I’ll feature a wallpaper artist whose wallpapers I find particulary stunning, and I’ll showcase some of that artist’s best wallpaper. So without further ado, today’s featured artist is Dominic Kamp. Dominic Kamp’s wallpaper gallery contains over 90 works, ranging from beautiful nature photographs to digital paintings created in Photoshop. Though his main forte is nature photography, I think the space compositions in his gallery are awesome also. Here are 8 examples of his work that I think are amazing.
